      Good worklife balance, respect for the individual and and the company is not as hierarchical as others in the same segment.

      Cons

      Automotive segment does not pay as much other segments and Scania is not different.

      On the job training. Collaboration, local and global. Innovation, inclusion in various projects.

      Cons

      - Union representatives with no moral and aggressive behavior, accepted by top-management and HR. - traditional thinking, outdated processes. - Inclusion talk but no sense of implementation. The top-management is not diverse. -Non supportive manager. - Unpaid overtime every day and weekend. -Unrealistic expectations. - Men and woman are not treated equally in this toxic and macho workplace. - Women are crying everyday due to bad treatment buy men in the workplace. -Not psychologically safe environment.
