Pros

Very hard to pick positives here! Close to home. Mechanics were friendly. Had a lunch break most days. They try to be good (unfortunately they believe it).

Cons

Harassment from a staff member who was in charge of pre delivery - I was not surprised to have other staff members complain to me about her. Silly inefficient procedures.

Pros

Great variability in work, if you work within maintenance at Scania your work task varies and if you work within the emergency sector it offers you a lot of free time in between works, which you can either devote to reading up how to get better within your prof or read up on a good book.

Cons

Management CAN be horrible. Its completely uneven in terms of leadership capability. They usually get in to a managing position through working their way up from being an employee, after that they get placed in leadership program but when they out of it they can manage workload but not people but the main problem is that they are not monitored by HR in a systematic way so if you wanna get treated well be om the right side of your boss. The management rarely wanna give someone a raise because of they only have a limited pool to do so, this means that if you are applying for this work make SURE you are prepared to call your boss out if you have not been given a raise the last couple of years.

Qualitative and stable company, but low salary

Pros

Flexible and friendly work environment. Possibilities to try new things. Company with great reputation. Global company.

Cons

Low salary and non existent salary raise. Salary is determined by years of experience at the company instead of role, skills and results. People move around too much (high employee turnover), hard to find experts due to this.
