Good infrastructure and working environment Lots of benefits (bonus, free coffee, meal vouchers, etc) No traffic jams Great company if you love problem fixing day in day out

Cons

Management stuck in old vision, still believing in their own utopia and not able to offer a long term prospect Lots of leaders but few good ones resulting in complacency and laziness on the floor Many people that have no clue what they are doing due to poor training or poor skills Structural problems are not taken care of due to above reasons. Such a shame.
