Bad managers

Pros

Unions At least pretending to care about equality

Cons

Doesn't matter how many times a manager is investigated by HR for treating their employees bad, they will always prevail and the ill-treated forced to leave, When I started I'd heard that Scania was one of Swedens best employers, but I've never felt so badly treated at a work place. I'm hoping it was isolated to my section, but just to be safe I wouldn't recommend it.

Pros

On the job training. Collaboration, local and global. Innovation, inclusion in various projects.

Cons

- Union representatives with no moral and aggressive behavior, accepted by top-management and HR. - traditional thinking, outdated processes. - Inclusion talk but no sense of implementation. The top-management is not diverse. -Non supportive manager. - Unpaid overtime every day and weekend. -Unrealistic expectations. - Men and woman are not treated equally in this toxic and macho workplace. - Women are crying everyday due to bad treatment buy men in the workplace. -Not psychologically safe environment.

Pros

Good colleagues No pressure Relaxed work environment Guaranteed support on stress related issues Freindly

Cons

Stagnant career Promotion is time based Acc to the swedish jante lagen law, no one is better than anybody. So appreciation and recognition is 0. If you want to shine for something unique you have achieved, it's not at all possible. The hike is almost negligible. No motivation among team to achieve or innovate better. Mostly because there is no reward system - neither moral support nor in salary hike.
