Not a First World type of organization, with long hours, exploitative shifts and very low salary but heavy realonsibilities. Job scope is extremely limiting with little or no transferable skillls.

Middle management are self-centred and lack empathy. When things go wrong, they are quick to push responsibility but when things are doing well, they claim credit. Employees effort are sometimes taken for granted, and they are also overworked and not paid well. Experienced managers usually not willing to challenge status quo. Other than the above, career and pay progression are slow.
