Admin people generally not very friendly. Leave regularly doesn't get approved. They will make you do things you dont even know how to do and expect you to learn immediately. Upper management doesn't treat junior staff well. Shift hours make us sick often but if we take too many MCs we will get reprimanded. Many other issues...
