Pay is good and schedule is flexible.

Cons

You will need to operate with more than 20 years old equipments which break down frequently. Company rarely will get any new equipments. Call in sick is part of your KPI and plays important role in your performance rating despite youre entitled to 14days sick leave and 60days hospitalization leave.
