culture is very resistant to change, legacy, a lot of fire fighting, a lot of bad habits carried from the past - not useful to fresh grads if you want to learn

Randstad sourceright really does mean when they say that they foster an environment throughout the organization of a well balance work home-life from the top down . it's very refreshing and in my opinion, encourages team to deliver better results in the long run...

Cons

You are dealing with two employees in a job share... If the employees are not compatible,fail to share a work style, keep co-workers and customer uninformed and uncomfortable with two approaches, you are ultimately responsible for dealing with the job share partners.
