      Pros

      Flexible working hours - 4-8 hours per shift (but there is an expectation to work for long hours and for the full week by the supervisor)

      Cons

      Human resource is a mess. Unreasonable and rude supervisor - expected a Flexi staff to work a full week, lack of proper training and unclear instructions are given.

      Colleagues are generally nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of guidance and mentorship from RO as they seem to be always ‘busy’. Given a task and told to ‘swim’ ourselves. There are some systems with many errors and still many manual processes and paperwork to fill up. Although it’s a MNC but still operating like a small company. There are many employees with many years of service and some are unwilling to change and accept new ideas.

      Pros

      Exposure to many challenges from self to management level. Good stepping stone to train your IQ, EQ and PR skills if you are able to handle. If your “PR” skills are top notch, your career progression will be a breeze.

      Cons

      • Management does not fully understand how their own department work. • Finger pointing. • Lack of proper communication and planning which resulted in unsatisfactory the results. • Over promising tasks that we are not prepared for or have proper understanding first. • Prepare to give your all (time and off) to the company who does not appreciate it.
