None at all. no morale and understanding and sympathies to employees... its bitter and badly understaffed

Cons

I hate the fact that they force people to sign the silly bond without knowing what they are in for. the con job has caused me unnecessary grief pain for now not only I have to leave my job because of my injury, I have to put up with the harassment of Lawyers' letters asking me to pay the unscrouplous bond!!! don't trust this shoddy employer... its full of sham!

the salary is good, except for the "seniors" the rest of the colleagues are helpful

Cons

way too many: -management listen only to "seniors" -nepotisme are abound -office culture of "everything that goes wrong is your fault" unless u can prove your are innocent -no promotion unless you are the "favourite" -no work-life balance -benefits are decreasing due to cost cutting -unrealistic expectation of "focus" even though u are working 10-12hrs with no official break -going for further study is not encourage -your mistake will be share to the whole dept as a case study unless you are a "senior" or "favourite" for which it will be kept a confidential
