Management is uninvolved in the company and takes no responsibility. They will try to stalk your personal life and use it against you. They use scare tactics against their employees. They do not adhere to the employment contract and promises. Gross manipulation against employees. You end up doing other jobs instead of what you signed up for. You will be used as a shield against the mistakes of management.
