Awesome and defiant projects that you probably won't face often. Also great quality of people and professionals

Management needs to get it together, roadmaps and sprints get constantly changed while product definitions never consolidate having poor interfaces. Also many teams are understaffed so can't cope with these disruptive changes

Satellogic is a young company, they give you autonomy and the space to implement new ideas and improve processes. The learning curve is very good, you are surrounded by excellent professionals from different disciplines and it is a very flexible environment. They promote hybrid or remote work, the fringe benefits are very attractive

Cons

You must be flexible because sometimes there is no set route
