Pros

The teamwork in the company is really strong. Everybody puts their grain of sand to design and manufacture an unique product. The technologies discussed are often at the cutting edge or at least trying to get there.

Cons

Sometimes workaholism is celebrated a bit. Working in Argentina, the issue of salary increases is hidden under the idea that you are paid in US dollars. The cultural fit is not very clear.

Working for aerospace is always good. Great challenges.

Cons

Egos killed Satellogic. Technical decisions taken by the upper management were bad and they didn't hear the people who really know.
