- Working with satellites was great. - There are some brilliant employees.

Cons

- In interviews there's emphasis on agile, but then you get in and there's no direction and they are not even close to using agile. - Great ideas, outdated technology (yes, even for an aerospace company). The codebase is a mess. - I was fired with no previous warning. - No benefits apart from salary paid in USD.
