      Good pay, excellent benefits, the job itself is enjoyable

      Micro managing terribly right down to what job is delegated and what time are breaks, supervisors and management not the best.

      Favoritism at its best

      Pros

      The pay and the holiday bonuses are the only cons to working at this company. The long hours suck the environment sucks the management socks.

      Cons

      It's all about who you know and who you blow at this company. I worked for 6 months along side someone who did absolutely nothing but we got paid the same. I went up the chain of command as you see taught, learned managers knew of these issues and yet did nothing still. Then I went to corporate HR and was fired as what I saw as retaliation in the most sneaky way.
