Good pay. Some of the employees are good

Cons

Management. Side deals. Treat long term employees poorly. Only listen to certain employees. No one to deal with issues with HR or wsib. Trying to be diverse but can't do the job. Forced to work stats. Don't wait for an inspection to clean and organize.
