      Challenging and fast-paced, good pay and benefits

      Pros

      Excellent management-if you work hard and show respect, they will help you and show respect back. Also, they lead by example. Good salary and benefits. Overtime often available. Good team environment overall. Opportunities to learn new skills in the company. Clean and temperature controlled environment. Safety is encouraged.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced and hard to keep up at times. Hard on the body, especially back and hands. Mandatory overtime if there is a lack of volunteers.
