      good pay for hard work

      Pros

      the pay and benifits are not bad. well over 20 dollars canadian. The work is hard though, lots of lifting over 50 pounds

      Cons

      it is quite cold and noisy as all the items picked need to be refrigerated. The work and be very boring and repetitive as well.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Time off when required. Innovative and good quality products. Good footprint in Canadian marketplace. Good marketshare.

      Cons

      Lots of dead weight, people who have been there way too long, sitting it out waiting for their pensions to grow fatter. Large company but run like a "mom and pop" operation. Be ready for lots and lots of micro management. Nepotism rife, lots of jobs being reserved for family connections.
