      They will fill your head with how important their people and culture is to them and then when it really matters you will be tossed aside.

      Competitive wages that don't require a degree

      Cons

      poor management, poor sops, poor work life balance, lack of communication between departments and management make it incredible inefficient, very dated business practices (sending faxes and calling people on phones they never have instead of using live computerbased technology). understaffed, long hours, stressful
