      Terrible corporate culture, zero possibility for advancement and extremely racist hiring policies… what’s not to love?

      Cons

      Terrible corporate culture. Little to no room for advancement. Extremely racist hiring policies. Salary adjusted for inflation shrinks year after year. Very understaffed. Very over worked.

      Great people, Poor & uninspiring leadership team

      Complex business model which gives you loads to learn People are friendly Great brands (UK)

      Cons

      Not very strategic, all about short-term, about here and now Very commercially driven business, consumer's voice is never heard or listened to. Brand equity not protected - low investment into their brands Despite making an effort to become more inclusive and diverse, the culture is not there yet. Pretty much run by a bunch of white British men.
