      Pros

      Work is ok (in office), lots of rebate and promotion on diary products. Employee party and christmas gift for the kids are wowzer

      Cons

      Not the best spot for immigrant to thrive. Lots of subtle racism within management.

      Pros

      Good health insurance, 401k and ESOP

      Cons

      Lower pay than competetors. No work/life balance. Understaffed. You work harder so management can get their bonuses. Dead end job, no opportunities to move up. You will work most weekends and holidays, so forget having a family life. The best thing I did was leave. My only regret was not leaving sooner.

      Descent salary and pension plan.

      Cons

      High turnovers. Even if the company tries to provide an inclusion environment there is still bias from managers. Make sure managers adopts company values specially for those that have grown only in the company and without other experience outside or academic preparation. Human Resources partners should play an impartial role.
