      Pros

      They are only about quanity. How much can we produce? I worked there 7 1/2 years. When I started the machines ran at about 17. When I left last year they had them at about 21 to 23 and they were working at ways to increase it even more. None of this involved actually upgrading or keeping the machines in tip top shape. It was basically run it till it breaks down and hope it's not on your shift. Because if it did, they buried you with cheese.

      Cons

      There are no pros. Why I left!!! They never promote from within unless your dad is the plant manager.

      Pros

      Good insurance and pay for a small town.

      Cons

      Claim to be family company but there not. HR lies to new hires about the hours they would work. Very hot in the summer. Hours are not a guarentee in your department they vary.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Time off when required. Innovative and good quality products. Good footprint in Canadian marketplace. Good marketshare.

      Cons

      Lots of dead weight, people who have been there way too long, sitting it out waiting for their pensions to grow fatter. Large company but run like a "mom and pop" operation. Be ready for lots and lots of micro management. Nepotism rife, lots of jobs being reserved for family connections.
