      The Health insurance was affordable

      Cons

      Toxic management that excuses harassing and underperforming managers with tenure. Nepotism at the highest levels. Cronyism so pervasive in nature that unless you’re an Italian good old boy from Montreal you will never get ahead. Poor financial performance to the extent you will not be paid what your employment agreement states. You’ll never get the bonus. Chronic turnover. This place couldn’t be worse, avoid it at all costs.

      Better off looking somewhere else

      Job experience. You don't have to take your job too seriously.

      Cons

      It is a cut throat and unfriendly place to work. Many employees refuse to train new hires as well as intentionally drive them out the door. This site is rampant with employees' rights violations. Discrimination and refusal to abide by medical limitations have left many former and current employees with undue pain and suffering. Favoritism has lead to despotism within the workforce, you don't want to work there unless you are somehow related or personally know members of the management if not you will not be treated fairly or with respect.

      Pros

      Generous salary, some level of autonomy and great share program. Co-workers are motivated to make change and bring their best. There are some great people within the organisation.

      Cons

      Terrible toxic culture, simple if you're not in the club you will not succeed. Ability and work ethic count for little, Being honest will leave you highly exposed. Extremely high staff turnover, particularly from 10 years + range, which is a concern,
