Pros
The community, the people, the salary, benefits, it's all best in class, the projects are nice, but the people and the idea that we are a community of like minded people is what makes it what it is. I have been working here for 7 years, and I hope to continue for a lot more.
Cons
Nothing really, every time I've had a concern I've been able to raise and fix it, be it a change of career path, a change of project, or anything else.
