      Pros

      The staff is amazing, they go up and above when it comes to building community. It has a very flexible working from home policy from day one. The office in Capitalinas dwarves that of other companies!

      Cons

      It does not have a broad selection of projects to choose from and shifting between them is not encouraged.

      Pros

      Competitive salary, nice clients, VERY VERY VERY good RH policies and support. They REALLY help you with issues derived from remote working or personal situations. Quite an open environment.

      Cons

      Downsides are the ones inherent to the business model: it is hard to predict on which account you might end up working and client employees might be a bit harsh.

      - Very good balance between work and personal life, the company allowed me to work from a different country due to some personal issues which is so great!! _ Good team, good vibes, - it has the best office in our City. - The culture is so great, is like a family (the Famous Santex community). - the salaries are so competitive in the local market and other benefits :).
