      Pros

      The community, the people, the salary, benefits, it's all best in class, the projects are nice, but the people and the idea that we are a community of like minded people is what makes it what it is. I have been working here for 7 years, and I hope to continue for a lot more.

      Cons

      Nothing really, every time I've had a concern I've been able to raise and fix it, be it a change of career path, a change of project, or anything else.

      Pros

      There are no words to describe how you feel like when working for Santex. I love muy job, I love what I do for a living but doing it in Santex is bliss. You are recognized and valued every step of the way, plus... they came baring gifts!! XD. As the saying goes "Home is where the heart is", it truly feels like home

      I'm not saying there aren't any, it's just that I haven't seen any yet
