      Culture at Santex is one of its biggest assets, you’ll feel both your coworkers and managers care about you. I found in Santex a great place to work with skillful teammates and motivating managers.

      Cons

      Sometimes, working as a third-party provider may be difficult if your client doesn’t share the same values and culture. You’ll find, however, a lot of help from your manager and colleagues.
