Great work / life balance Always willing to make people feel better at the office and at home Compromised with workers, society and environment Total trust on workers' own capacity to handle their times and assignations You don't work with co-workers, you work with friends! Agile processes throughout all the company

Cons

There's no perfect company, more than downsides I think the important part is the approach you follow to resolve them and I can certify that trust, and respect are key element solving problems in the company.

Pros

The HR department works hard to create and maintain the company's culture as well as a good working environment. They do dynamics and events to promote the bonds between people. Interesting projects and open-mindedness towards innovation and continuous improvement.

Cons

The only one I can think of is that you are part of a team external to the client and that often makes the job more difficult, but it still depends a lot on the client and their openness.
