      Pros

      I was able to create great working relationships with some awesome people.

      Cons

      Over work, and under paid. The turn over rate for this position is insane. There is barely any help and you will constantly be asked to cover another branch. There is rarely any room for growth. No work life balance The toxic culture will make you want to quit faster than the job.

      Pros

      Friendly office staff. People have been there for years and really know everything about how things work. Loved most of my coworkers.

      Cons

      The worst management I've ever had. In the almost 2 years I worked there, my role was shifted around to 5 departments and I had 7 completely different managers. When I raised serious issues, I was scolded for creating evidence if a problem.

      Nothing positive to say about working here

      Cons

      Just cant compete with the bigger banks such as Wells Fargo, TD or PNC. Worse technology I have ever experienced. Do not have an instant debit card machine like the bigger banks. Too much paper that needs to be printed daily. Most branches are old and very outdated. Audit process is beyond stressful. bEING A Head teller with this company is just stress upon stress
