Pros

They pay well (for a while)

Cons

They organized the businesses to get around US regulations but it backfired and now they have a structure that doesn't work. Everyone has a C-Suite title so nothing can get done. The people who are promoted are the ones who have been there long enough to navigate the mess, not because they are qualified. As a result turnover is extremely high and productivity is extremely low.

Not a stable company at all.

Pros

I had a good team.

Cons

I spend less than 3 years at the company and they changed our manager 4 times in that short time period. Impossible to achieve any goals because your teammates and managers are constantly getting laid off. The worst part is that smart, hard-working people are the ones that are being cut. Higher mgmt only looks at the salaries, not the work quality. Employees are always on a lookout, waiting to be laid off. Communication between departments is terrible. Wasting time holding meeting after meetings but almost never actually achieving anything. There is lots of irresponsibility and serious lack of accountability.
