Pros

Benefits are good; flexi-time is useful if you don't have to work crazy hours!; some nice people there and it really is down to luck if you get a good manager: I had a bad manager whom actually got promoted for being a bully.

Cons

Bullying, bullying, and plenty of bullying: I could not believe how bad it is; lack of leadership; projects get terminated too early; people are demoralized and don't want to help out of due to fear; a management circle that is far too clicky and uses grouped bullying tactics to get work done: which of course does not work or benefit the company or its culture.

Pros

Health cover that's it..nothing else

Cons

Management don't care about employees they are worked to the bone with little thanks.. 50 plus people out on work related stress, huge turnover in employees.. They just can't keeo the staff.. all they care about is meeting targets and making money little care for employees and patients nothing but bullys in managerial roles..the only reason they won the great place to work is because employees were bullied into answering the survey the way the company wanted

Pros

Health benefits are very good. Vaccines are very important, especially when a vaccine company can actually produce them.

Cons

SP is a terrible company to work for unless you fit into one of the following definitions; (1) You are from central PA, (2) you are in your early 20's and this is your first job since graduating from a Lehigh Valley college, (3) you love being beaten down daily with zero ability to show some creativeness while using your skills. Pharma reps BEWARE! You will be looked down upon and if you thought primary care was bad, well you will be in for a major shock. This is way worse. Two field rides per month! Constantly being questioned on your routing. Terrible customer service when it comes to actually delivering vaccines. There is always a new fire to put out and don't forget the multitude of "trackers" you must fill in weekly. Make sure you do your job as well as the job of your account or public health manager. If not, those folks will turn on you in a heartbeat. The management style is terrible and there must be something negative in coaching reports so you don't get comfortable. Did I mention vaccine production??? Two Pentacel shortages in 3 years. Kind of hard to compete with that going on. You are welcome GSK. Late on flu deliveries more than once. Did hear today that some fly is being shipped so that is a positive.
