      Pros

      Challenging and stimulating environment. Understanding for family or personal leave. Flexibility in the work schedule. Employees of all levels are treated with respect. Pride in a company that is making a strong effort to be environmentally conscientious, building 'green' facilities and encouraging recycling. General feeling that the company's products really make a difference in peoples lives.

      Cons

      Sometimes seems as though there are too many chiefs each with their own turf to protect - though they do it in a 'nice' way.

      Pros

      The pharmaceutical industry is still a great industry to work in. Sanofi Aventis has been very diligent about protecting the jobs of the people that they employ.

      Cons

      The single most difficult thing about SA right now is CHANGE. The company like the industry is going through and will continue to go through changes. The other challenges involve being hobbled by the legal department and having to make do with materials coming from some parts of the marketing department.
