      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Good people. Pride in business. Currently moving forward with major integration efforts to improve company performance, culture, career opportunities, etc.

      Cons

      Management does not like to take risks. Still very "french-based" culture.

      Pros

      Benefits package is second to none....outstanding.

      Cons

      S/A is going through a lot of transition with their marquee products either losing their patent or have a competitor losing their patent (generic competition). The company has been downsizing for the last three years and using tactics to find ways of displacing professionals. I wouldn't recommend working for S/A at this time.
