Good research job in terms of Indian companies, where at most of the other places its only development & not much research. At SMT RnD, research is good and people are given a lot of responsibility Healthy & supportive work culture Encouraging leadership & guidance Consistent interaction with other counterparts working outside India Flexibility of working hours

Cons

Not much mobility, work on a desk with work station PC....might get boring to some people. Once in a while travelling does happen.

Employees are all very friendly, overall nice environment to work in Pay was decent considering situation worked during normal working hours

Projects that were given to me were very mundane, I have no idea what it was actually used for in the end
