      Pros

      Awesome work environment. Everyone got along well. They were very lenient in every aspect of the work day as long as you got the job done.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and teamwork. The company was bought out and EVERYTHING went down hill from there. HR is a joke. Favoritism is prominent, if you aren't one of the favorites you wouldn't survive the place.

      Pros

      Sandvik treats all of it's employees with respect. Because of the companies growth there is always opportunities to advance your career. Sandvik believes in and is committed to training. They walk the talk when it comes to being ethical.
