      Close to home and nice new office building

      Cons

      All management is foreign and under-qualified. Human Resources is not trained or familiar with US culture or US business protocol. As a result , the current restructuring is being poorly executed and all the good employees are leaving the company. Unfortunately, your future career opportunities will depend on your age and ethnicity .

      Great place during great times

      Pros

      In the design centers, this company has great opportunities for new products and everyone gets to work on them. Provided the mining industry is doing well. It's a very safety conscious company that is trying to overthrow legacy overdesigned equipment with newer and at the same time, cost-effective solutions.

      Cons

      Company's IT department is terrible for design centers. Extremely ineffective use of expensive systems, portals and software.
