      Decent pay for an easy job.

      Cons

      If you are a temp they are very slow to hire on. Just a word to the wise. They can and will hire right away, just don't go through the temp services.

      They are the best with good working conditions and they have inhouse training as well. You can also gain experience on different type of machines both underground and surface mining machines

      Cons

      Salaries they differ from country to country which is unfair labour practice and other people they don't qualify for the post that they are holding

      Pros

      Solid company with good financial strength. Heritage has not yet been ruined although some snr managers are trying really hard.

      Cons

      It's strange that inexperienced persons even HR managers are being promoted in senior staff functions making business decisions when it appears they have no clue about what they are doing.
