      Pros

      Flexible time, ok work life balance.

      Cons

      Big company with old school management and mentality. It feels like employees mostly work for a pay (at least within finance) and wait for vacation. A lot of changes in a short period impacts negatively employee trust and engagement.

      Very boring People were appointed Team Leader but the job was not advertised: I mean the managers decide that this person would be a good fit and that's it....
