      None at all, whatsoever. Period.

      Cons

      You will have zero quality of life. You will be punished for everything. Anything that they offer, you can find at ten other companies. DO NOT WORK HERE! Move on. If you read anything positive about working here, that paid someone to post it.

      Internally @ Sales Area level, with decentralization there's no process for progress of employee. No open communication between teams.

      Pros

      Onsite opportunity for lucky/local/diplomatic people who maintain a good lobby. No weekend office as work load is normal. Very good office location, away from crowded tech parks. Good compensation/bonus if you really work hard.

      Cons

      Unstable management. Their written vision and mission should be redefined. Scope of learning is limited for mid-level employees, it gets saturated after a point of time and then no opportunity to improve your skills in different dimension as they are very concern about their budget allocation to train employees! Very tight about maintaining office timing. Punch times are recorded and employee has to explain if the hours are not met.
