      Pros

      Great culture, global presence and support, good communication

      Cons

      Too many organisational changes (almost every year) which prevents stability, repeat cycle of centralized to de-centralized models, business continuously complaining over the years that head office doesn't understand the business outside Sweden, "Global" job opportunities encouraged / based in Sweden limiting options for employees outside

      Pros

      Overtime and Monday- Friday. 6:00 till 3:00 overtime is till 5:00. I needed a job at the time an they were the first to get back with me. Nice workers but unorganized. The boss is a mean to everybody for no reason.

      Cons

      Not people of the word, and change your work for same pay. They tell everybody what they wanna hear but don’t live up to it

      Pros

      Worked 5 years, full time. Co workers are very friendly and easy to get along with. Nice building. Has large cafeteria with good food.

      Cons

      Management plays favoritism. Will fire someone without giving opportunity for workers to correct anything. Reasons for termination have no bearing. Workers are fired to make room for management's friends/family.
