Easy to get hired Interesting product and field Start early so still some day left when shift ends.

Cons

The best way to judge this employer is by the attitude you see in the longer term employees and how management treats employees. That's all I'll say on this point, join and you'll see for yourself. This is a fairly low pay position with a sometimes difficult and sometimes dangerous environment.
