Great improvements over past year - Wilson is headed in right direction

Pros

Site is clearly heading in right direction. Management/employees are working together to improve site culture. Site was just approved by OSHA for Carolina STAR for best in class safety program. Pay/benefits is competitive for area. Senior leadership is working hard to improve work/life balance.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy with Global Sandoz/Novartis. Very challenging to make changes quickly as there are many steps needed to make changes. Work life balance is still a struggle but getting much better. Need to continue focusing on celebrating small successes.

Working there provides you with the opportunity to work for a global company, with affiliates across the world. Sandoz is also associated to Novartis, which allows for other transfer opportunities.

Cons

There is too much work for such a small team, and management does not focus on employees as much as they once did.
