Part of Novartis group, Financial muscle for deal making, QbD awareness, interesting projects

Cons

Middle / mid-senior management is complacent to paranoid, nothing much gets done, top heavy, no accountability culture. They had a layoff in 2012-13, but even that was a political mess. It's like the more things change, the more they stay the same.

No advancement Management sometimes does not know what they're doing. Salary is ok but bonuses are for upper management only
