      Pros

      Working there provides you with the opportunity to work for a global company, with affiliates across the world. Sandoz is also associated to Novartis, which allows for other transfer opportunities.

      Cons

      There is too much work for such a small team, and management does not focus on employees as much as they once did.

      Pros

      Sandoz is a multinational company with international assignment opportunities. It has good marketshare all around the world. Sandoz is producing good quality products with low costs. The products are reachable by end customers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, in Sandoz employees are dispensable. Sandoz Ilac Turkey's turnover rate is more than 30%. People are not promoted and whenever there is an open position, it is filled from outside. Decision making is so centralized that it takes even months to react to an issue
