The company is achieving many obstacles that were set before them. Sandoz Wilson is well on its way to great things.

Cons

The Wilson Site as a whole is not recognized enough for the hard work and time they put into their strive for Excellence.

Pros

Site is clearly heading in right direction. Management/employees are working together to improve site culture. Site was just approved by OSHA for Carolina STAR for best in class safety program. Pay/benefits is competitive for area. Senior leadership is working hard to improve work/life balance.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy with Global Sandoz/Novartis. Very challenging to make changes quickly as there are many steps needed to make changes. Work life balance is still a struggle but getting much better. Need to continue focusing on celebrating small successes.
