Good benefits, but slow and heavily bureaucratic

Great Benefits Good hours Employee welfare is taken seriously

Cons

The hardest part is the bureaucracy. Things move very slowly and due to the size of the company, work feels very detached. Work can be repetitive and mundane depending on the position.

The company has some of the best talents you can find in the industry and you will have a great time working with a diverse pool of colleagues who are very supportive and know what they are doing.

Cons

Like most large organizations, Sandoz is extremely process driven. Although this can be necessary for the business, it kills creativity. Plus management needs improvement.
