      Just pointless

      Pros

      I can't actually think of any it's actually that bad ! Just wouldn't bother apart from the on site teams which are lovely people !

      Cons

      Pay is bad ! The student buildings are kept in such bad shape ours constantly has issues! Hours are bad and the shifts are so anti social. The politics and the policies are so old fashioned I feel like I'm Working at a nursing home! Even though they are probably more up to date. Students on site are lovely but are really unhappy. I can't believe this company still has its ANUk accreditation ! As the building seems to be falling down. The money they pay is just the worse of all ! And the management structure is the worst! Overall i can't wait to leave

      Pros

      Friendly team, straight-forward application process and good training opportunities, as well as continuous feedback, ensuring an overall positive work experience.

      Cons

      Work can sometimes be repetitive, and you need a positive attitude to keep doing the same tasks over and over again. Salary is not particularly ideal, especially when many positions are part-time.
