Exactly what you'd expect from a large organisation

Pros

The work life balance, and array of opportunities throughout the business. They are extremely strong at supporting non traditional career paths and recognising people's transferable skills to allow them to move between different areas of the business.

Cons

Not everything always goes right but there is a genuine feeling of support and a desire to improve things and get them right
