Pros

Sanctuary accommodates life outside the company adjusting hours and work locations wherever possible

Cons

There is a culture of no accountability. No one is held accountable for bad service/inefficient working practices The company extols its diversity/positivity/integrity while providing inadequate working environments for front line employees and an inexcusably bad repairs service for its premises. There is a tick box culture that encourages outdated and irreverent checking procedures rather than progressing and implementing controls that are relevant and effective

Pros

Disgusting place to work make it sound a good place to work but it's not long before the cracks start to show.

Cons

As a compliance Caretaker I ended up covering for cleaning operatives, the job role is a blame game, management have there favourites, experienced some bullying and when addressed brushed under the rug. Treated differently from other members of the team. No more blaming me for the things other did.
