Pros

To help Young people achieve their goals , help them / empower them to take responsibility of their actions and their future. To Support them and watch them grow . Learning from them about how to do the job better focussing on Person Centred care / suppport

Cons

Funding! , feeling like a rent collector , feeling helpless in some situations being tied up by paperwork and Bureaucracy . Realising how hard it is for young people when so many services funding are cut , not being able to access the correct support that is right for them.

Pros

When my Multiple Sclerosis started to kick in , all reasonable adjustments were made. My hours were cut to a more achievable level. I was given access to a locker where I could store a change of clothes for if and when I soiled or leaked. Also had access to shower for cleaning myself. Once when I soiled near the front door , a member of security asked what had happened, then , while I cleaned myself, he tidied up outside. overall everyone one helpful , especially Laura Jones from HR who made all possible for me to work for Sanctuary

Cons

None. I had to leave the job as travelling to Worcester was an issue, I lived in Cheltenham

Pros

Good annual leave, pays the market rate. Generally stable. There are some training opportunities if you are lucky enough to have one of the few decent managers.

Cons

Terrible management. One arm does not know what the other is doing. Morale is zero across all offices with staff treated like robots. Top tier is full of 'yes' men that don't want to upset the boss.
